Open to hiring in locations other than Phoenix AZ.
Compensation range is 75K - 125K with opportunity for more based on experience.
**Must be bi-lingual and have a minimum of 5 years Transportation experience**

Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Advance international (MX) business position and load counts for Swift and TransMex. Provide guidance regarding strategy to solicit new international business and strengthen relationships with existing domestic and international customers.
- Stay current on competitive activity, legislative changes, customer trends and knowledge of load volumes in assigned territory.
- Communicate current market effects to our offering and provide supporting data to sales team.
- Work cohesively with other sales counterparts to extrapolate meaningful growth.
- Maintain and develop positive relationships with Operations and other Sales personnel and provide information for the efficient leadership of accounts.
- Provide training, motivation and correction to assigned sales team.
- Work through contracts with KNX Legal team in order to enhance contract efficiency.
- Provide market and customer information to Executive Vice President Sales, customer service and pricing.
- Provide reports of sales activity and performance of assigned sales team to Executive Vice President.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- 5+ years in transportation industry.
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Prior international sales experience preferred.
- Bachelors in Business or related field required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Report generation
- Mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to interpret user needs and translate into system requirements.
- Ability to understand system data and to identify discrepancies
- Previous knowledge of system analytics helpful
