Director of Sales
Job Description
The Director of Sales will be a goal-oriented leader and sales producer who will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the company's sales systems, processes, strategies and future team members. This person will fully understand the numbers across the sales department and the organization and own the hiring, training, coaching, and accountability while working collaboratively with the company's leadership team. Our Director of Sales will have experience with giving clear feedback, motivating, goal setting, holding team members accountable, and is eager to take that experience to the next level and beyond. Our Director of Sales will embrace our company core values. This person will need to be as comfortable working independently as they are working collaboratively, who communicates seamlessly with team members, accepts feedback and critique as tools to improve, and is ready to be an exceptional and critical member of our leadership team. We are looking for someone with intelligence, self-awareness, motivation, and ambition that can think creatively, deliberate clearly, and move decisively. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sale, business development, business or related field preferred
- 5-10 years of successful sales experience
- Experience in an eCommerce agency preferred
- Experience with the Adobe Commerce (formerly known as Magento) platform
- Excellent leadership skills at a high level
- Strong ability to work across all levels of an organization
- Ability to present concepts in new ways and from new perspectives
- Creative, thinks "outside the box" and is an idea generator
- Proactive and considers the impact and implications of initiatives and decisions
- Great decision making and collaboration skills
- A team player that works well across all levels of an organization
