Do you have a proven track record of driving sales success? Do you have experience mentoring a team through the sales process? The Director of Sales role at BluShark Digital might just be perfect for you! We are currently looking for someone who has experience in consultative sales and/or sales/account leadership to manage our sales team.

The goal of this position is to lead, coach and mentor our growing sales team, while also building out a thorough consultative sales process. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities to build out inbound and outbound sales pipelines
  • Evaluating conference and trade show attendance
  • Managing and reporting accurate forecast and data to executives
  • Mentoring our sales team in achieving, exceeding, and sustaining business results
  • Setting and monitoring ongoing goals and sales KPIs for team members 
  • Training and instructing on how to effectively increase conversion rate of BluShark Digital prospects
  • Ensuring accountability for all team members on sales goals and initiatives

In our hiring process, each resume will be reviewed by our recruiting team. Selected candidates will participate in a quick, 15-minute phone interview, which is a great chance to make a positive first impression. We expect you will research a little about who we are and what we do prior to your phone interview. Candidates will be further reviewed, and top applicants will be invited for an interview. The final candidates will be invited back for a shadow, offering insight into the position’s day to day responsibilities.
