The Role:
As the Director of Sales, you will be a key member of the sales leadership team. Helping to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is a fast-paced opportunity with room for exponential growth. If you are a top-level Enterprise seller and looking for your next challenge this is a great opportunity for you.
What you’ll do:
- Build executive level relationships at the enterprise level
- Engage prospects and leads in a consultative manner
- Ability to push deals forward and get buy-in from senior management
- Execute and deliver results through deal signings
- Continuously look for ways to improve and refine the selling process
- Work with the VP of Enterprise Sales to execute on sales plans, results, and strategy
- Achieve goals monthly, quarterly, and annually
Salary Range:
$140-160,000
Requirements
- A thought-provoking sales contributor who looks for ways to drive sales through a strong collaborative approach
- 10+ years of solution selling to Enterprise merchants with a digital/financial product; ability to take complex information and make it easy to understand
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly think on your feet
- Take full ownership of your enterprise vertical, ensuring you achieve results
- Very collaborative, outgoing teammate who works well in a team setting
- Must be an analytical thinker who quickly adapts to the changing needs of the financial environment
- Works in direction with the overall team to identify areas of opportunity and new methods
- Has a strong growth mindset and understands the needs of the Enterprise Merchant
