WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
We are looking for a successful sales professional to lead a team in revenue attainment. Results-driven leader with experience in platform technology, data, media, and measurement. A leader than can thrive in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional communication, grow and build a high performance sales team and professionally service clients across multiple verticals.
HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:
- Day to day management of one of our Chicago based teams.
- Hire, train and attain top sales talent.
- Exceed company revenue goals in data-driven linear and streaming.
- Oversee existing clients and grow new clients by creating strong relationships and deeper long-term partnerships.
- Leading internally and externally in the team's adoption of our AND platform.
- Use data and our multiple products to provide clients with solutions on how, where and when to reach their desired customer
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Have a minimum of 5+ years in Sales, preferably in management, and a strong track record of delivering results to clients and exceeding revenue goals
- The ability to create and cultivate strong relationships with our agency and affiliate partners.
- Detailed knowledge and experience in using data, audience targeting and attribution to grow revenue.
- A self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is driven to succeed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to concisely express your point.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
