The Role
We're looking for a dynamic, high-performing Director of Sales Development with experience managing and scaling SDR teams. This role will help drive our customer acquisition and revenue targets by: (1) leading a team of outbound and inbound SDRs who drive top-of-funnel sales opportunities, (2) crafting strategies to extract the most value from their team, and (3) developing processes to improve conversion metrics.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing teams in the following areas:
(1) developing and managing leads from various channels (cold calling, marketing, partnerships, etc.)
(2) selling the value of a financial, construction, or technology product
(3) working with technology sales tools (Salesforce, Slack, Intercom, Outreach, etc.) to drive process improvements and efficiencies

What You'll Do
- Achieve growth and exceed sales targets by successfully managing a sales team
- Own generating and converting leads to opportunities within multiple channels (marketing, cold calling, partnerships, and referrals)
- Develop sales strategies to improve sales reps' abilities to generate leads
- Work hand in glove with marketing, business development and other sales leaders to constantly improve our processes to generate more sales opportunities
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest and facilitate corrective actions as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years managing a team of outbound sales reps in a driven, yet collaborative, inside sales environment
- Experience selling into the construction, finance, or technology industry is preferred
- Must have experience with technology tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Outreach and Intercom
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills - all with a concierge mentality; no task is too big or too small
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
