Job Description:

What You Will Be Doing:
  • This role will have hybrid Hunter and Account Management responsiblities.
  • As a sales hunter, will be responsible for pursuing new logos through diligent prospecting and extensive networking efforts within professional networks, the industry, various partners, and the company.
  • In Account Management, will be responsible for scaling existing accounts using creative mining skills while proactively identifying and removing obstacles to increase business.
  • Analyze consumer needs and develop innovative solutions through leveraging eInfochip's different technology offerings.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with divisional leaders to manage the quality and quantity of account activity to build a robust pipeline.
  • Facilitate monthly, quarterly, half-year executive reviews.
  • Nurture senior leadership relationships.
  • Develop and continuously evolve growth plans and strategies.
  • Handle contractual agreements, engagement models, financing / invoicing, sourcing, and DSO.
  • Use Salesforce automation tools to track and report progress.
  • Learn specific Industry sectors and future roadmap.
  • Fully In Office: Monday-Friday

What we are looking for:
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, MBA or advanced degree in related field is desirable
  • 7-15 + years of proven success in a new logo/hunting role selling a complex suite of offerings
  • Must have a strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with 'VP' and 'C' level executives.
  • Prior experience working in Engineering and R&D services business models and strong familiarity with outsourcing businesses
  • Experience working with offshore services companies operating in the high-tech domain
  • Cultural adaptability to work across the globe with diverse engineering & marketing teams
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • A passion for technology
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proven prospecting, negotiating, decision-making, and inter-personal skills

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$166,600.00 - $183,260.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
