Job Description
Reports to:Â Vice President of Revenue Operations
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $175,000 to $200,000 base plus bonus and equity

 What You’ll Do:Â
Huntress is looking for our first Director of Sales Enablement. This role will be responsible for building and leading a team whose primary goal is to ensure our entire Go-To-Market (GTM) and revenue organization are prepared to achieve their goals and targets. The Director of Sales Enablement will play a key role in the continued success of sales and revenue here at Huntress.Â
The Director of Sales Enablement will drive the building and delivery of training content, curriculum, testing, and interactive contests that enable the Sales Team to meet the needs of our partners and customers. You will work very cross-functionally and be an essential facilitator of collaboration between leaders inside and outside of GTM, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations as well as others.Â
Responsibilities:Â Â
- Build and lead a fast-growing GTM enablement team focused on ensuring our sellers can sell new and emerging products as quickly and effectively as possible.
- Act as a primary liaison between Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales
- Build and maintain an ever-growing set of core metrics that allow Sales leadership to measure and drive ways to increase seller productivity
- Collaborate with Subject-Matter Experts to develop needed content to execute programs
- Develop continuing education programs for all roles within the Sales Development Organization
- Collaborate with greater company enablement and events teams to assist with learning programs supporting events such as Sales Kickoff, QBRs, and other internal events
- Work in close coordination with HR, Sales Operations, and sales leaders to ensure all new sales hires take part in a rigorous sales onboarding experienceÂ
- Construct sound, instructional e-learning courses for on-demand consumption
- Create a new manager training curriculum to help develop the next line of first-line manager talent from within the organization
- Promote effective coaching techniques aligned with the organization’s adopted strategy
- Formulate and drive the global sales enablement strategy and ensure alignment of it with sales and marketing leadership
What You Bring To The Team:Â Â
- 8+ years of experience in a sales readiness, sales training, or product marketing content creation role
- Proven track record of building and scaling an enablement team inside of a hyper-growth company
- Proficient with LMS platforms, preferably Udemy, Google tool suite, training technologies (SAT), Salesforce CRM, Lattice, and Greenhouse
- Experience working with Channel Resellers (VARs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Experience working in multi-product SaaS-based software companies. Cybersecurity a strong plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of how to build an end-to-end sales training program from new hire onboarding through continuing education to our most senior sellers
