What You'll Be Doing:
Arrow ECS (Enterprise Computing Solutions) is seeking its newest Director of Sales NAmerica to lead and oversee a growing team of 50+ Account Development Representatives (ADRs) in the Denver office. The sales leader will achieve maximum sales, profitability and growth and manage relationships with key customers.
- Serve as an Arrow evangelist, surfacing and developing relationships with potential customers
- Lead, mentor and motivate a diverse team of ADRs
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to reach revenue and growth targets
- Continue with and expand upon existing culture of winning that encourages teamwork and collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Recruit, hire and mentor top sales management talent. Set the tone for the Sales Team through professional demeanor and appropriate responsiveness to the organization. Responsible for mentoring, developing, and motivating their Sales team; create a high-performance culture and a pipeline of successors to leadership and elevated sales positions within the team.
- Sales: Create a vision and strategy for respective business/sales team, provide leadership in achieving maximum sales, profitability, and growth. Use sales data, analytics, and metrics to implement systems and processes to grow and improve sales team. Possess Senior-Level understanding of the marketplace and trends with the ability to find solutions to shortcomings in sales numbers through actively managing opportunities. Ensure the Sales Team is meeting the expectations of the business unit by measuring performance results against goals.
- Relationship Building: Create partnerships with vendor and customers with trust and respect as foundational elements. Dedicated to leveraging relationships to enhance brand, sales, and profitability. Act with vendors, customers, and Arrow in mind during all decision making.
- This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years of sales and leadership experience in a 2-tier channel (distribution) environment, expert knowledge of the channel ecosystem, and the ability to leverage Arrow's strengths to build relationships and grow our brand with leaders in IT, Cyber Security, Cloud Solutions, SaaS, and enterprise level software/hardware solutions.
- Prior experience building, motivating, and leading a large team of sales professionals.
- Proven success in identifying new customers and driving to recurring transactions within a highly competitive market.
- In depth understanding of and strong network within the OEM and reseller ecosystem supporting the enterprise data center and cloud segments.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$167,800.00 - $275,005.50
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
