THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales and CX Operations Director to join our vibrant organization and help our sales and support teams become increasingly more effective, efficient and informed in their day to day. Our teams interact with prospective and current customers daily over phone, email, chat and text - these millions of interactions a year have helped thousands of customers get reconnected with the world and their loved ones. Educating and supporting customers along this journey is highly collaborative, supportive and absolutely central to Audicus.

Given the complexity of processes, we’re looking for a sharp candidate that can help design and build out our sales and support architecture, implement new processes, optimize and integrate our systems (Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.) and provide analytics on all aspects of the business.

Creative, methodical problem-solvers that can think strategically about processes - yet want to get tactical and “build” - will particularly enjoy this role.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a company that is disrupting an industry and is making a lasting positive social impact in people’s lives. The candidate will report directly to the CEO or Director of Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and optimize our current sales and support processes
  • Overhaul, optimize and build out our systems
  • Own all aspects of analytics for the sales and support organization
  • Direct collaboration with our Sales, Support, Marketing, Product and Operations teams

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4-7 years of experience in sales operations roles
  • Experience building out multiple sales processes in different environments
  • Must have experience in Salesforce
  • Highly metrics-driven with strong problem solving and analytics acumen
  • Early-stage startup experience is a big plus
  • Needs to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where resources are constrained and therefore creativity, tenacity and methodical, hands-on problem solving are a must

Compensation:

Base Salary Range: 100-120K + Bonus
