Director of Sales Operations

You will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. Manage support functions essential to sales productivity, and implement simple and effective processes to help streamline sales. Responsibilities include planning, reporting, forecasting, quota management, sales process optimization, management of software, and more. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are carried out within the sales organization.
What you will accomplish:
- Coordinate sales planning and forecasting activities to ensure accurate and efficient operations within the sales organization.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency throughout the sales processes.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders within the company to align planning activities and foster cross-functional synergy.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the sales process and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Streamline and enhance sales operations by developing and implementing new templates, field reporting, pricing strategies, sales compensation plans, and other relevant initiatives.
- Manage data quality across our systems, including salesforce.com, Sales loft, ZoomInfo, and data enrichment programs.
What you will bring:
- Extreme diligence, meticulousness, conscientiousness, and reliability in all aspects of work.
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
- Technical proficiency in configuring sales systems like salesforce.com, combined with a strong consultative business acumen to drive process improvement.
- Demonstrated excitement for building scalable operational processes and adapting to evolving business needs.
- 5+ years of management experience in Sales Operations or a related field.
