Our Revenue team is looking for a Director of Sales Operations to help build our Revenue team as we scale profitably into new and existing markets. You will help us achieve operational excellence, coach our sales managers, and meet the demands of our future Owners. You will dive deep into sales metrics, reporting, and make decisions on your findings. Empowering people is important to us, so you will be able to have a huge impact on the success of the company and the experience of our current and future Crew Members.
What you will do
- Implement processes and org structure to set the Revenue Team up for success
- Proactively identify and solve for Sales Crew needs related to our markets
- Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure that Sales strategy is aligned with other departmental goals and initiatives
- Define and maintain annual and quarterly forecasting processes for the business, as well as team and individual sales plans and quotas
- Work with People and Talent to put together a hiring plan and strategy that sets us up to succeed and deliver on our mission of enriching lives
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for your crew members of all backgrounds and experiences, so they feel valued and empowered
You’d be a great fit for this role if you have
- Experience identifying key metrics in Salesforce, monitoring and tracking performance, and forecasting
- You are experienced in making strategic business decisions, coaching, and executing on Sales strategy
- Experience in Sales Leadership, real estate experience a plus.
- Able to set a clear vision and strategy, hiring talented individuals, motivating and coaching others, driving urgency and results
