 We are the Health and Wellbeing Collective, an exciting new Global Business Unit within Unilever built with a start-up mindset. In North America these include OLLY, Liquid I.V., SmartyPants, Welly, Onnit and Nutrafol.  As part of the Health & Wellbeing Collective, we are building an operational platform to support companies in the Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) space called the VMS Co-Op. The VMS Co-Op will host OLLY and SmartyPants and will grow to include other VMS companies and future acquisitions as well. Â

 The VMS Co-Op works in an agile and entrepreneurial way, collaboratively within the team and with our Health & Wellbeing colleagues. We work together to look at the big picture strategically as well as roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty. THE ROLE: DIRECTOR OF SALES - WALMARTÂ
Reporting to our VP of Walmart & Club, the Director of Sales – Walmart will serve as a key leader within our H&WC team and will be an important “face of the H&WC brands” to customers. Strategy, leadership, and coaching will be key skills for this role. We need someone that is committed to being a positive culture impact and a strong leader. The H&WC operating companies including SmartyPants, Onnit, Welly, and OLLY. This role will oversee a team of 2 and will play a key role in growing this team to oversee 5+.Â
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- Lead Walmart Sales team across all sales efforts in Walmart to maximize growth while being willing to roll your sleeves up and contributeÂ
- Play a key quarterback role within annual ASP collaboration with key stakeholders at Walmart + across our operating companies.Â
- Drive strategic customer partnerships: Lead Managers in collaboration with our customers to ensure true partnership spiritÂ
- Develop and manage strategic planning of annual business at Walmart, providing critical customer input into development of company go-to-market strategiesÂ
- Build strong external and internal relationships at all levels of management with our customersÂ
- Manage broker & 3rd party negotiations & relationships to ensure HWC goals are met.Â
- Lead annual cross functional planning with key decision makers to drive profitably sales growthÂ
- Articulate the H&W Collective’s unique positioning to deliver overall growth and be the “execution arm” of H&W Collective, bringing our plans to life at retail Â
- Be an ambassador of our team values (Be Yourself, Be Disruptive, Be Passionate, Be Supportive) and contribute to the culture to make it better for all of us! Â
- Recruit, develop and inspire the team; nurture cultural leaders who will make life at H&WC better for all of us!Â
CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIREDÂ
- 8-10 years of experience in CPG Sales and/or Retail Merchant/Buyer with a proven track record of success working with multiple top tier retailers (5+ years Walmart experience preferred)Â
- Proven ability to build & lead a high-performing sales team with 5+ years of people leadership experienceÂ
- Deep P&L and Trade Budget knowledge and ownership experienceÂ
- An inclusive leader with strong communication skills, a passion for team development and a high degree of comfort in giving and receiving constructive feedbackÂ
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and develop a high level of trustÂ
- Proven ability to drive eCommerce sales & customer experienceÂ
- Entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity, dependability, integrity, and innovative sensibilityÂ
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and build capabilities for the entire companyÂ
- Personally, and professionally motivated to deliver results and get things doneÂ

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESSÂ
- Initial video screen with a member of our Talent teamÂ
- Round 1: Conversation with the Hiring Manager + 1-2 conversations with other Ollies on the teamÂ
- Round 2: 2-3 conversations with team or cross-functional OlliesÂ
- Final Round: Homework*Â
*At OLLY, our final round is called Homework. The pay range for this position is $155,000- 190,000 dependent on experience.
