Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $220,000 to $240,000 base plus bonus and equityÂ

What You’ll Do:Â
Huntress is looking for a Director of Salesforce Business Systems to oversee the management and optimization of the Salesforce.com platform, manage a team of Salesforce administrators, and collaborate cross-functionally to align Salesforce system capabilities with business goals. This role will also play a key role in analyzing the structure and flow of the business’s work to identify possible application solutions to support business growth and improve efficiency.
In this role, you’ll manage and grow this team as we expand and diversify our application needs. You will work cross-functionally across all departments, supporting our business applications strategy as we scale through additional offerings and regional expansion. Â
Responsibilities:Â Â
- Own backend management of all business applications (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Netsuite, Stripe, CPQ, CLM, Product Catalog, Avalara, Outreach, Zoominfo, Leandata)
- Prioritize function/feature requests from departmental stakeholders
- Outline environment strategy (e.g., Sandbox, Pre-Production, production) and code release framework
- Partner with our data engineering team to standardize and maintain reporting requirements
- Work cross-functionally across multiple teams to align and support business application needs
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce system administrators
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide development opportunities for team members
Salesforce Administration & Optimization:
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform and other sales and revenue system applications
- Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce
- Implement best practices for Salesforce usage and governance
Strategic Planning & Alignment:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align Salesforce initiatives with business objectives
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Salesforce enhancements and integrations
- Stay updated with Salesforce advancements and industry trends to recommend new solutions
Project Management:
- Lead Salesforce-related projects from conception through implementation
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the Salesforce platform
- Develop and maintain documentation of Salesforce processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and issues
- Provide regular updates to department stakeholders on Salesforce performance and projects
- Collaborate with our Sales Enablement team on training and workshops for end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption
- Work closely across our Revenue Operations and data teams to ensure enterprise reporting is consistent and reliable
What You Bring To The Team:Â Â
- 10+ years experience in Business Applications Management or a similar role
- Demonstrated success implementing and maintaining multiple facets of Salesforce.com, such as Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
- Skilled people leader with experience building and managing a teamÂ
- Proficient with the Salesforce add-on ecosystem (e.g. Gainsight)
- Ability and experience managing upward and cross-functionally
- Experience connecting systems via Middleware (e.g., Mulesoft)
- Experience working with 3rd party developers
- Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with other CRM systems and business intelligence tools
