The Director of Salesforce Operations will work closely with their team members and the Snr. Director of Salesforce to ensure that Salesforce meets the needs of the functional business areas such as Marketing, Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and Customer Success. They will do this through the creation of analytics, needed reporting, dashboards, and business processes as requested. This role will work with the Technical Director of Salesforce Configuration to facilitate the build and launch of any new automation as required. They will ensure any changes which impact existing training materials are communicated to the Growth department to facilitate updating existing documentation and ensure a smooth rollout of new processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team of Salesforce analysts for all assigned CRM-related tasks 
  • Defining and prioritizing projects to streamline processes and deliver improved results
  • Own reports, dashboards, and analytics related to Salesforce business operations, including the building of ad-hoc reporting as required
  • Ensure changes in business processes are communicated to the team and all necessary updates to existing reports, dashboards, and business processes are made
  • Engage with various senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to drive cross-functional team collaboration as required
  • Collaborate with the Technical Director of Salesforce Configuration to assign subject matter experts that will assist in the implementation of new business processes
  • Support the Snr. Director of Salesforce by reporting all red flags and issues as well as any improvements to existing processes
  • Hire, promote, discipline, and fire subordinate employees, or the employee’s suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, promoting, disciplining, and firing subordinate employees is given particular weight

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Salesforce experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Business Operations management experience
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in system/workflow analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically capable, good communication skills, and a desire to improve processes.
  • Team Player
  • Ability to work autonomously

The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000 - $125,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
