Reports ToVice President Global Services Operations
What You Will Be DoingChargePoint is looking for an experienced professional to support our Strategic Sourcing and Management of service partners in North America. You will be responsible for recruiting top service partners and onboarding them, this includes Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, and Operations and Maintenance Partners. In this role you will work closely with our internal functional teams in these areas to insure we have the right partners at the right time to insure ChargePoint delivers world-class services to our customers. You will also work with ChargePoint channel and product teams to create and develop strategic partner collaborations and work with ChargePoint Sales to insure a robust services referral network. You will also be responsible for enablement programs that support the large network of partners that sell construction and O&M services directly to our customers.
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint- Supports Design & Build, Commissioning, and O&M
- Manage the funnel of potential partners through onboarding
- Create Partner strategy by coordinating with Channel Management, Design &Build, Field Quality and Field Service
- Develops tools, processes and executes Partner recruitment in coordination with Channel Team
- Tradeshows, journals, marketing
- Negotiate and manages MSAs (Master Service Agreements) to insure best terms and prices with partners and manage compliance
- Develops and Manages partner score-carding
- Develops communication channels and tools to enhance perceived value of being a ChargePoint Partner
- Coordinate with Design & Build, Field Quality, and Field Service to use Partners to deploy world class services whether sold by CP or through referral
- Work with Channels team to create incentive programs to motivate and reward partners
- Manage contractor compliance with HSE and respond to customer documentation requirements in this area
- Manage contractor compliance with public works regulations
- Training Plans and Management
- Escalation point for partners (ex. AP issues, process improvements)
- Work with product mgmt. to define program parameters for new service products both short term and long term
- 10+ years of experience in managing partners in construction or O&M
- Highly proficient in all stages of the sourcing lifecycle in the construction and O&M categories
- Proven ability to develop true service partners as opposed to just vendors
- Experience working extensively cross-functionally
- Proficient in multiple Business Applications
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel ~30%

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $147,500 to $210,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
