Job Description

The kind of person we’re looking for: 

The Director of Small Business Sales reports to the Vice President of Sales and is responsible for helping fuel Paytronix’s rapid growth by leading the sales team for this market and executing the strategy to expand our market share of independent operators in the restaurant, convenience store and retail industries. 

If you are somebody who enjoys making a mark within your company and leading a sales team to exceed quota, this is the role for you. If you consider yourself revenue-focused, creative and able to achieve results by motivating and support your team you will be a great fit for this role.   

The kind of stuff you’ll be doing: 

  • Lead sales team in market and exceed team quota 
  • Develop Hiring and Market Coverage plan for sales reps in the US and Canada. 
  • Help develop and execute the Paytronix Strategy for customers in our SMB market (typically 1-15 locations) 
  • Work with all Paytronix teams to fulfill the mission of growing our market share 
  • Update Sales Leadership regularly on progress and revenue forecasts
  • Provide feedback to Sales Leadership and Product teams.  

The kind of skills and experience you’ll need: 

  • 5+ years in a sales or sales related activity to small and independent operators  
  • Proven ability to drive revenue 
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration within your own employer
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment 

The extra stuff that would be nice: 

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com 
  • Experience with Gong and Klue 
  • Should anticipate 50-70% travel to work with sales reps and engage customers
