Oversee a Software Engineering team, ensuring all development efforts are high quality and our blockchain infrastructure runs efficiently Partner with Management to define the technical roadmap, while leading the development of current and future products from conception to delivery Oversee, mentor and motivate the team to be successful in their positionsEnsure the team meets project deadlines and company goals Monitor the teams performance and productivity and offer support where necessary Implement best practices for software development by staying up to date with the latest blockchain technologies to drive innovation Handle any critical technical problems and strategically deliver high performing solutions Requirements
