Responsibilities

• Oversee a Software Engineering team, ensuring all development efforts are high quality and our blockchain infrastructure runs efficiently 
• Partner with Management to define the technical roadmap, while leading the development of current and future products from conception to delivery 
• Oversee, mentor and motivate the team to be successful in their positions
• Ensure the team meets project deadlines and company goals 
• Monitor the teams performance and productivity and offer support where necessary 
• Implement best practices for software development by staying up to date with the latest blockchain technologies to drive innovation 
• Handle any critical technical problems and strategically deliver high performing solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 
• Previous experience with managing a team of engineers 
• 3+ years experience in Blockchain in general 
• 2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV, specifically ETH MEV, including mev-boosts and PBS
• Ability to read, modify blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm, ...)
• Experience in trading 
• Expertise using Go language
• Strong communication and problem solving skills 
• Creative, independent, can do attitude, take ownership of overall responsibilities and a great team player
