You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a portfolio of software and SaaS solutions, leading a high-performing sales team, and shaping go-to-market strategies in a complex, regulated healthcare environment. The position requires a strong balance of commercial leadership and technical understanding, particularly within medical software and cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align offerings with market needs and customer outcomes. Acting as both a strategic leader and hands-on sales driver, you will oversee pipeline health, forecasting, and key client relationships. This is a high-impact leadership role where your decisions directly influence revenue performance and healthcare innovation outcomes.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead software sales strategy, team performance, and client engagement while ensuring strong alignment across commercial, product, and operational functions.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across medical software and SaaS product portfolios.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales managers and representatives, fostering high performance and continuous growth.
  • Drive revenue growth from both new business and existing client expansion through pipeline management and strategic deal execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare clients, acting as a trusted advisor in complex sales engagements.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline health, and performance reporting to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to define go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
  • Provide strategic input on pricing, packaging, and solution design based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Partner with finance and legal teams to structure contracts, pricing models, and commercial agreements.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and performance improvements.
  • Represent the organization in high-level negotiations, presentations, and executive-level customer discussions.

  • Requirements:

You bring strong leadership experience in medical software sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams in complex enterprise environments.

    • 7–10 years of experience in medical software sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in healthcare or medical technology environments.
    • Strong experience with SaaS, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise software sales.
    • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles, particularly within regulated healthcare markets.
    • Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing and scaling sales organizations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence in client-facing situations.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, pipeline metrics, and market trends.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and customer success teams.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary ranging from $176,800 to $243,100 annually.
      • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and commission plans tied to individual and company results.
      • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
      • Retirement savings plan (401k) with employer contributions.
      • Paid time off, sick leave, and additional wellness-related benefits.
      • Life insurance, as well as short- and long-term disability coverage.
      • Flexible work support including transportation or parking benefits where applicable.
      • Opportunity to lead high-impact software sales in a global healthcare technology organization.
      • Strong focus on diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity employment.
