Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Strategic Alliances to expand our reach and accelerate our growth within the ServiceNow ecosystem. The Director will drive net new incremental revenue and joint GTM initiatives with a focus on progressive ITOM and cloud-native DevOps opportunities. Leveraging your existing network of contacts, combined with RapDev's, you will be tasked with actively identifying strategic partnerships opportunities, building those relationships, and developing and managing joint GTM plans.

- Develop meaningful relationships across all functions within ServiceNow, including executives, product, engineering, sales, and marketing
- Work with Sales and Marketing to drive awareness and knowledge of our solutions that improve outcomes for ServiceNow sellers and their customers
- Be a member of the Sales team to drive account mapping and co-sell opportunities
- Orchestrate engagement, alignment, and resources across all internal functions
- Actively seek and secure opportunities to meet new executives at ServiceNow and critical partners
- Create joint go-to-market plans and launches
- Create & manage supporting marketing collateral for specific partners
Requirements
- Five years of GTM working experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Strong affinity for partner ecosystems and proven track record in building strategic partner relationships that are mutually beneficial with non-technical and technical teams
- Ability to identify and develop joint value propositions and use cases relevant to ITOM, DevOps, and Security
- Problem-solving ability and experience to align cross-functional teams - partners, product management, product marketing, corporate marketing, sales, engineering, and legal functions toward common objectives and goals
- Possess creative and organizational skills with exceptional communication and presentation capabilities
- Passion for learning and attention to detail
- Enjoy multi-tasking and juggling several different projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with ambiguity, such as creating joint GTM plans, driving account mapping & co-sell opportunities, and developing supporting collateral
