Powered by billions of data points and machine learning, our benefits experience platform delivers personalized decision support and guidance during open enrollment, new employee onboarding, qualifying life events, and in the moments that matter all year round. This is one of the most stressful and challenging situations consumers face – and we see that as an opportunity to build an innovative response that can help millions of Americans possess the control and understanding they deserve.
As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of high-impact customer relationships, overseeing account health, value delivery, and advocating for our customers. - Foster an advisory culture that prioritizes long-term relationship-building and mutual success
- Drive commercial growth across the entire partner portfolio by proposing tailored solutions that address the unique objectives of each partner
- Assume ownership of customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion metrics across the entire partner portfolio
- Lead negotiation and closure of renewal business across the entire partner portfolio
What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience advising, expanding and managing clients.
- Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to make informed decisions and drive results amid ambiguity.
- Strong executive presence and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Nayya's products and value proposition, coupled with the ability to articulate them convincingly to diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, tailored client experiences.
