Your Mission As Director of Strategic Partnerships

We're looking for an experienced Partnership Leader with a proven track record of success in partnerships (media & association partnerships is a plus) - a passionate, focused and well-organized individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, who wants to be part of a fast-growing, SaaS company in the hot field of Business Intelligence & HR Technology.

As a Director of Strategic Partnerships, your mission is to drive customer and revenue growth by identifying new media & association partners in unserved markets that are either region or vertical specific. You’ll define and execute the company’s growth strategy, supporting both our commercial and inside sales business.  

Accountability & Impact:
In this role you'll...

• Identify, grow, and nurture strategic partnerships with media organizations or industry associations.
• Work with new & existing partners to generate top of funnel opportunities. 
• Contribute insights on market analysis and critical thinking for partnership strategy
• Become an Energage product expert, conducting awesome product demonstrations to interested partners

What You Bring to the Role:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a partnership role for a SaaS company or related partner role
• Track record of consistent over-achievement in past Sales/Partnership roles
• You are able to work in a fast-paced sales cycle and dynamic environment
• Experience influencing and driving change across internal and external stakeholders 
• Experience managing partnerships combined with the ability to navigate competing priorities 
• Experience presenting, building relationships and negotiating with internal and external Executive Teams 
• Candidate can be located anywhere in the USA.
