DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Director of Strategy to join our Facilities Business at our HQ in Columbus, IN to lead Strategy for Corporate Real Estate / Global Integrated Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Corporate Real Estate/Global Integrated Services Strategy and realizable portfolio plans that optimize real estate for current and future business demands.
- Lead customer relationship management globally with stakeholders including senior executives and business strategists.
- Partner with global Business Unit leaders to understand business and talent strategies and translate them into functional strategies and real estate solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide guidance and direction on business requirements to the Corporate Real Estate organization.
- Lead M&A for Global Integrated Services to include partnering with Corporate Strategy and other internal functions and external partners on M&A activity and providing guidance and direction for the GIS / Facilities swim Lane.
- Build a global team of strategists and portfolio planners who use data-driven insights, including space planning data, to align portfolio and location strategy with Business Unit leadership to deliver better business outcomes.
- Provide recommendations to the business upon completing scenario planning with financial analysis of options.
- Chief of Staff to Executive Director, Head of Global Integrated Services.
- Develops, leads, and motivates the team; sets goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.
- Delivers improvements that are measurable and significant.
- Coaches and develops direct reports and peers to develop enterprise subject-matter expertise in one or more functions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
- Master's degree in business administration or equivalent degree preferred.
- Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial and budgetary experience, required.
- Significant relevant experience required, including business and functional strategy, managerial, and financial modeling experience.
- Experience leading functional and/or portfolio strategy, preferably in Corporate Real Estate
- Strong understanding of Corporate Real Estate value chain and application of strategy for end-to-end delivery

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate
