Main Purpose
As a leader on the Strategy Team, you will be responsible for managing several ongoing strategic discussions to manage supply & demand balance - enabling the organization to scale with greater velocity throughout the U.S. You will design and champion a variety of strategic initiatives backed by internal & external data. You will gain buy-in from stakeholders across the organization to support the alignment and calibration of complex implementations and to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities & Duties
  • Identify, measure, and monitor core product and business levers, evaluate opportunities, and identify risks & gaps; devise solutions, diagnose the root cause, and conduct ad hoc analyses to drive efforts
  • Provide leadership and direction to direct reports to support ongoing initiatives, SLAs, KPIs, and OKRs
  • Define team objectives, individual goals, and manage day-to-day tasks, sprints, and projects
  • Define and communicate relevant organizational goals, business insights, and recommendations to drive growth
  • Provide business expertise to shape and drive strategies, relationships, and change management for initiatives
  • Lead strategic organizational alignments and calibrations, supporting multiple functions such as Sales, Onboarding, Operations, Product, Marketing, etc to design, launch, and scale marketplace-related initiatives
  • Manage the delivery of business insights to support organizational strategy - evaluating internal data and analytics, external market research, and various analyses to leverage relevant quantifiable evidence to support decisions
  • Support hands-on data analysis and insights projects as necessary to generate and validate detailed business insights

Requirements
Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Must be able to maintain an onsite presence at our Austin Domain Gateway office on a hybrid working model, with at least three (3) days per week in office
  • Must be in Austin, TX or willing to relocate with a company-provided relocation package
  • At least 7 years of demonstrated success in driving complex, technical, and impactful Business/Product Analytics with experience in building solutions and tenure in roles to realize short-term and long-term outcomes of initiatives
  • Demonstrated success in managing direct reports - with a team of at least 4 reports - to manage performance and provide support, coaching, and subject-matter expertise
  • Proven track record of leveraging quantifiable data through analyses to shape strategic initiatives to drive business growth in a B2B, B2C, or marketplace environment
  • Expertise in business requirements, workflows, opportunities, gaps, and correlating factors to create novel and impactful insights to generate actionable strategies to drive growth, expansion, and improvements
  • Expertise in data - always questioning and testing validity, accuracy, and assumptions
  • Expertise with Tableau or other relevant Business Intelligence or Data Visualization tools
  • Proficient with SQL - able to write complex, optimized queries across large volumes of data
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant STEM field of study such as Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, etc

Preferred Skills & Abilities
  • A Master's Degree in a relevant STEM field of study such as Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, etc
  • Experience in Tableau Prep & Flow Maintenance
  • Experience with PostgreSQL
  • Experience working with ETL and Data Warehousing concepts and processes
  • Previous experience in a marketplace-based organization, SaaS, Staffing, Consulting, Recruiting, or organization with correlating B2B and B2C revenue streams
  • Previous experience shaping strategy to drive rapid, high-volume growth for end-users to join a platform and maintain continuous interactions with the platform and the platform offerings
