Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
As our Director of Systems Operations, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. If you are a seasoned technology leader with experience in Saas / subscription business models, Billing Support Systems stacks, Operational Support Systems stacks, and the transformational journeys of these traditional systems toward cutting edge technologies and platforms. In this exciting role, you will be challenged with the opportunity to re-imagine every aspect of the customer experience from sales and ordering through fulfillment, assurance, and the billing lifecycle. What you'll do...
- Design, execute and evolve the strategy to develop, maintain and improve the company's core technical stack
- Lead continuous analysis and improvement of tech stack features, utilization, releases, best practices, and return on investments that align with the company & functional vision and strategy
- Manage software vendor relationships and the successful execution of managed services contracts
- Define process and policy related to the evaluation and selection of third-party systems and applications, including architecture assessment and impact and feasibility studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, define target dates for testing and ensure end to end robustness of technology and business transformation plans and programs
- Work with business partners to build real product simplification plans that enable business and technology transformation
- Assess and communicate project risk status, and accurate timelines. Proactively act, circumventing barriers to success, delivering projects on time and on spec
- Provide leadership, technical direction and mentoring to maintain a high-performing, highly engaged team
- Tracks industry trends and leverage to drive innovation and solution excellence across various functional domains
Requirements
What you offer us...
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/technology/engineering field desired
- 10+ years of experience in leading technology teams with preferably 5+ years of experience in subscription/SaaS business models
- Extensive experience in and around CRM (Salesforce) & ERP (Netsuite) management solutions, system stacks and operational needs
- Extensive experience in vendor management across multiple agreements and arrangements for both software and service support
- Experience in leading large programs spanning technology, business operations and customer life cycle
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical information
- Collaborative, team builder with strong communication skills and ability to negotiate across and up-and-down the organization
- Experience managing a team of employees and consultants to drive solution delivery
- Project management skills
What we offer you...
- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $130,000 - $150,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
