Director of Talent Acquisition
Job Description
The Role:
Meati is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead a team and build the organization capability focused on attracting, engaging, and selecting top talent driven by our mission to create good energy. Â You will be responsible for providing strategic direction, serve as a subject matter expert, as well as program execution of talent acquisition and talent brand initiatives. We are looking for a values-driven leader that excels in collaboration, strategy, operational excellence, and drives organizational impact. There is plenty of variety in this role. Today, you will work on driving organizational effectiveness to ensure we are hiring top talent who will thrive at Meati. Tomorrow, you might be partnering with leaders to proactively identify and source talent pools for future needs of the organization
- Be an unstoppable advocate of our purpose-driven culture and help to refine and adapt our recruiting team's go-to-market strategies through various channels, to increase velocity of a high caliber talent pipeline.
- Provide supportive, leadership to internal teams, external partners, clients, prospects, and candidates, to consistently attract and hire top talent.
- Advance our inclusive community by enabling hiring teams to source diverse talent who align with our values, through effective recruiting, behavioral based interviewing, and other sophisticated talent acquisition strategies.
- Achieve and maintain adoption of leading-edge hiring methodologies, tools, programs, initiatives, and services, evolve these based on results, data gathering and analysis, and deep understanding of candidate and business needs.
- Design and equip recruiters to deliver proactive service to meet or exceed organizational, and workforce needs, in a way that creates company advocates who positively review about their candidate experience.
- In partnership with hiring teams, leadership, Finance, and HR, design Jobs and searches in a financially balanced way that fulfills needs and hires competitively.
- Deliver high-volume, high-quality hiring services across the full recruiting cycle. Includes hiring manager intake, ATS job setup and management, interview lineup, and complex coordination across hiring panels.
- Support and provide team coverage throughout entire candidate experience, with particularly high attention to the Applicant Tracking System, and its workflows, in a way that progresses talent through overall hiring methodology.
- Direct Sourcing & Recruiting: Own a challenging, modest volume of high priority or otherwise difficult to fill company vacancies, from intake to hire. Support all team members with sourcing and recruiting as needed to ensure overall hiring success.
- Partner with leadership to manage external Employer Brand image. Includes third party website management - Glassdoor, LinkedIn and other public facing candidate experience rating and review platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required, or comparable combination of education and experience
- 7+ years progressive experience in relevant professional experience within purpose-driven businesses
- 5+ years leading talent acquisition teams
- Demonstrated success achieving team recruiting targets for fast growing organizations
- Demonstrated success in leading talent acquisition teams that remained focused, not only on delivering a superior candidate experience, but maintaining acceptable time to fill In the process

- Lead the functional ownership of recruiting within Greenhouse, our ATS. Ensure our ATS is configured and used to drive an optimal candidate and recruiter experience. In conjunction, staying on top of all the recruitment tools and software that become available, which will help us achieve these goals more efficiently

Compensation:
Range is $136,240 - $176,233, including a potential annual bonus and equity. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
