The Impact You'll Make:

  • Lead and manage the technical accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other financial reporting standards

  • Research and evaluate complex accounting transactions and provide guidance on the appropriate accounting treatment

  • Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and treasury, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

  • Lead the preparation of the company's regulatory filings

  • Stay up-to-date on changes to accounting standards and proactively identify potential impacts to the company's financial statements

  • Analyze peer company filings and industry reports to assess trends in financial statement disclosures

  • Help review quarterly financial statements, including preparation of statement of cash flows and earnings per share

  • Monitor and revise procedures to ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls over external financial reporting

  • Help prepare presentations for the Audit Committee and senior management on several financial topics

  • Manage and mentor a team of technical accounting and financial reporting professionals

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required

  • 10+ years of relevant Accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a technical accounting or financial reporting role

  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and other financial reporting standards

  • Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and SEC filings

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders
