As our Director of Technology Systems, you will work closely with Relationship Managers, People Experience, and all Product and Technology team members to help support and maintain Redesign Health’s core technology operations systems. You will be responsible for technical system implementations with experience in scripting and automation, as well as technology for employees and operational companies. You will help inform our technology roadmap and ensure the highest level of customer service support for our key systems are met. You’ll engage with stakeholders to make sure the TechOps team is meeting the needs of the business, while communicating tactical and strategic concerns up and down the organization, so appropriate actions are taken.Â
You will report to our VP of Technology Architecture and Operations and need to sit in our New York City headquarters at least twice a week.
What you’ll do:Â- Provide service-focused leadership to ensure all technology needs of the business are metÂ
- Manage NYC office infrastructure and maintain a physical presence to ensure a quality experience for employees
- Work with Redesign's Relationship Managers to provide technical operations support for our operating companies
- Partner closely with Security and Compliance to identify and remediate risks and vulnerabilities
- Partner with PX to improve user lifecycle management through utilization of scripted automations and integrations
- You have 7+ years of experience in corporate IT management and service organizations
- You have 3+ years of experience in Okta and HR SaaS integrations and automations
- You have a working knowledge of scripting/coding and the use of APIs for system integrations
- You understand the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) or similar principles and how to apply them to code and no-code automations that manage line of business application deployments
- You must be able to engage with Software Engineers at a technical level with an understanding of coding/scripting languages such as Go, Python, JavaScript, PHP and deployment methodologies
- You have an understanding of emerging technologies, such as AI and how to work with other engineers to leverage them.
- You have SaaS administration experience with systems such as (or similar to) Zendesk, Confluence, 1Password, Meraki, Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom
- You have experience with industry standard systems and protocols such as AWS, DNS, MDM and MX filtering

Full-time base salary of $209,000 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section.Â
