Director of Tower Business Development

The Director of Tower Business Development will focus on growing Tower & Small Cell revenue with the AT&T account. The Director’s primary objective is to identify new site build and colocation application opportunities on Boingo venues and military base locations, across the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, connect, and develop relationships with AT&T market teams
  • Identify tower & small cell new site development and build opportunities across the U.S.
  • Work with sales team & legal team to shepherd carrier agreements through the execution process
  • Draft and prepare carrier sales proposals and written notices and correspondence to carrier real estate teams
  • Track, compile, analyze and report on carrier sales performance, opportunities, and agreements
  • Ensure data integrity within company systems
  • Communicate project status with internal cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Document and help follow up with qualified prospects through research, calling, email
  • Read and interpret contracts and legal documents to evaluate new business deals
  • Build relationships with AT&T for tower & small cell application development and leasing opportunities

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Become expert user of CRM (Salesforce)
  • Able to assist in the management and forecasting of a pipeline of opportunities
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Capacity to adapt to Boingo’s fast paced and dynamic culture
  • 5+ years' professional experience in lease administration or similar business function (paralegal a plus)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
