Job Description
- Are you passionate about owning, designing and overseeing training programmes for internal and external clients?Â
- We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative, process driven, and methodical.
- Develop and implement a training and development strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and considers the organizational structure;
- Assess and evaluate business needs and priorities and own the training roadmap;Â
- Partnering with others to create new training programs and curriculum to help employees improve their skills and performance and to help our customers receive value from our products and services;Â
- Working within budgets to coordinate paid and unpaid training initiatives across the organization; Â
- Leading, and holding accountable those developing programs and delivering training;
- Introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency;Â
- Establish metrics to measure the impact and ROI of training programs. Regularly evaluate training effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed;Â
- Navigate and leverage the matrix structure in relation to owned programs and those owned by others (Product, Operations, Sales);Â
- Co-owning the revenue model for external training for customers;Â
- Develop certification process/requirements for internal training of staff.Â
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, organizational development, learning and development, or a related field / experience;
- Proven experience in training and development roles, ideally from a B2B SaaS sector;
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methodologies;Â
- Experience with learning management systems;Â
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- A highly collaborative approach;Â
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization, with a demonstrated ability to influence others;Â
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment;Â
- Experience leading in a matrix organization.Â
