We are seeking a Director of VIP Marketing and Retention to join our organization. This position will be responsible for cultivating the premier VIP department both for acquiring new VIPs, creating a great experience for current VIPs, and driving incremental revenue across the entire VIP ecosystem.
What you’ll do:*This is a hybrid role based in our Atlanta HQ office.
- Responsible for the management of the top PrizePicks players. Expected to drive significant loyalty increases to those top players.
- Participate in building out the VIP department, with a focus on acquiring new VIPs, hosting existing VIPs, and running the CRM and promotions around all VIPs.
- Align incentives and commissions of the department to drive new VIP acquisition while continuing to promote long-term sustainability of VIP members.
- Define clear, functional responsible gaming initiatives to ensure a safe playing
environment for all VIP players. - Collaborate with the Brand and Customer Marketing teams to ensure VIP messaging aligns with the PrizePicks brand voice.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Leadership team to develop PrizePicks’ marketing strategy, ensuring that VIP goals & KPIs are funneling into the broader marketing objectives.
- Create personalized & memorable experiences for VIPs that generate increased brand affinity.
- Conduct surveys and market research to develop deeper understanding of customers, especially commonalities.
- Seek paid & barter partnerships with other complementary entities who can provide valuable experiences, products & services (e.g. All expense paid trips to casino properties, NBA League passes).
- Recommend software solutions as needed.Â
- Business/Marketing Bachelor's degree.Â
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing with a focus on retention/loyalty and/or VIP programs/experiences.
- Vision to create VIP programs that set PrizePicks apart from competitors.Â
- Track record of working cross-functionally with other department leaders across marketing and across the broader organization.Â
- Strong knowledge of the PrizePicks game mechanics, acquisition costs, and lifetime value.
- Comfortable deriving insights from data and explaining analytical concepts to leadership.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and move quickly.
