We are looking for a Director of Website Optimization and Ecommerce to lead our team in improving website performance and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of website optimization and ecommerce principles, as well as experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and marketing campaigns. The candidate will manage a team and agencies to support the development and testing of the website through organized sprint cycles. The candidate will also proactively collaborate with other marketing and product organizations to improve site performance and drive commerce revenue.
  • Discover, validate and document business and technical requirements to build and measure effective compelling information structures and enhancements
  • Assess and report on key initiatives and work products vs their expected impact
  • Collaborate with testing and optimization colleagues to define relevant, impactful hypotheses for website engagement and conversion

What you'll own:
  • Lead the development and execution of website optimization and ecommerce strategies.
  • Manage a team of website optimization and ecommerce experts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve website performance and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in website optimization and ecommerce.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing and other experiments to improve website performance.
  • Analyze website data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Report on website performance and optimization efforts to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the website.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners in the ecommerce ecosystem.

Experience you'll need:
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 8-10+ years experience in digital marketing and ecommerce
  • Experience with Web CMS systems (AEM, Sitecore, Wordpress)
  • Experience with UI tools (CSS, HTML, JS)
  • Experience with commerce and payment technologies (ElasticPath, Stripe, Adyen)
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Experience with marketing applications including CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Marketo, Eloqua)
  • High comfort level with solution and expectation management, reporting, ongoing services assessment, coordination and delivery
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Confluence)
  • Product marketing experience a plus
