Job Summary
The Business Operations Director is a pivotal role involving day-to-day interactions with senior leadership across Altice USA and partner teams. The position requires strong communications, business, financial, technical and program management acumen as well as an ability to work with senior leaders in a high-paced environment managing diverse activities. This position will be located in Plano, TX.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development of the content and agendas facilitate Product Leadership and Management meetings and follow up on completion & status of strategic agenda items.• Work with teams across the organization to provide input on annual business planning, and to translate business needs and concepts into actions, KPIs and execution plans.• Prepare and review materials for monthly meetings, quarterly business reviews and other key requirements.• Develop, support and administer communications, culture and recognition programs.• Support the review of CA (CAPEX) submissions • In partnership with HR & Finance, monitor the ongoing strategic workforce/staffing plan• Work with cross-functional teams to increase collaboration, including partnership on interlock / high trust team initiatives• Assess strategic concepts and aid in the development of improvement plans
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or applicable years of work experience• Minimum 7 years of professional and telecom industry experience• Minimum three years of experience in a business management role• Proven success in project coordination and/or management• Strong project-reporting skills, with a focus on cross-functional communications as well as to executive leadership• Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoints skills• Highly organized and detail-oriented• Strong business sense to help drive prioritization decisions• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills• Strong relationship skills with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders and agendas simultaneously• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills• Strong financial and business acumen• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills• Managerial courage• Strong negotiation skills• Ability to deal with ambiguity and to turn concepts into plans• Drive for results
