Director, Operations
Job Description
EnlivenHealth, a division of Omnicell, has an opportunity for a Director, Operations will have direct oversight and responsibility for the strategy, execution and management for all domestic USA and Canadian activities to include, revenue management, global resource planning and customer implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Direct responsibility for national company revenue plan. Manage a divisional P&L and budget to achieve company EPS targets. Develop and execute cross divisional revenue strategies to achieve company goals
- Meet divisional implementation and revenue goals while working within budgetary requirements. Managing costs, operations, and forecast data and trending as it relates to national implementation goals
- Assess and recommend relevant market adjacencies and new opportunities for business development
- Anticipate and analyze changes and trends for the markets the company serves and provide insight and guidance in changes to the landscape that will affect how the company best serves its customers
- Work with senior leadership team on the development of strategic plans for the company
- Create and develop strategies that will increase the value of the companies offering
- Advise executive management on new products, applications, markets, and initiatives to help customers succeed
- Keep abreast of changes in the healthcare industry, technology, and services
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of each of the key markets and competitive companies within these markets
- Identify and evaluate target markets of interest as well as current and emerging technologies to address current and anticipated market needs by interfacing directly with internal and external customers
- Responsible for management, planning, and operations support. Develop and retain talent in the division, while continually creating opportunities for employee career growth. Establish quarterly performance goals
- Establishes strong relationships at all levels within identified key client and prospect facilities. Responsible for maintaining customers relationships within the division
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrate quantitative and analytical abilities, including the ability to develop and use complex financial models to make decisions and utilize familiarity with healthcare practices, regulations, and approval processes to provide insight into customer needs
- Proven track record of building teams in a dynamic growing company
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to contribute to operational and strategic development of the organization
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree with 5 years' experience in healthcare or in lieu of degree must have Omnicell or EnlivenHealth experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/ Other advanced degree
- Experience working in a fortune 500 company
- Healthcare experience
- Public company experience
Work Conditions:
- Extensive travel
- Managing a dispersed team
- Occasional heavy workload during peak times
- Work across multiple time zones
- The ability to manage the stress of quarterly revenue achievement goals
