Title: Director, Operations - Creator Expansion and Agency PartnershipÂ
Location: Remote
Reports to: VP, Head of Creator Expansion and Agency PartnershipsÂ
Job Purpose: The Director, Operations - Creator Expansion and Agency Partnership Operations will be responsible for sales team productivity, sales team performance analysis, and sales team member selection, onboarding, and development.Â
You will be responsible for the team’s collaboration with external talent/influencer management agencies and sales to expand the network of creators onboarded to LTK. This role requires dedication to detail, world-class follow-through, and a personality that is up to the task of shouldering considerable responsibilities that may change daily. You would ensure that information is presented accurately and appropriately and that reporting requirements and deadlines are met in a timely fashion. This position requires an individual who can work well under pressure, is flexible, and can easily multi-task and re-prioritize when necessary. As there is client interaction, strong communication skills and a composed, professional demeanor are required. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.
Responsibilities:
- Manage metrics/analytics programs to help sales leaders make data-backed business decisions
- Drive tactical planning and coordination throughout all levels of the organization closest to the customer
- Oversee human resources responsibilities of sales team including interviewing, hiring, training, and developing the Creator Expansion team.Â
- Develop employee capabilities and competencies in creator acquisition and, tracking & measurement
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Develop monthly presentations with key metrics and data
- Work closely with the management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation
- Oversee the regular measurement of newly recruited creators keeping, tracking, and reporting documents up to date
- Responsible for client escalations to full resolution
- Collaborate with team members on new ideas, directions, and tools for marketing and communications
- Assess, plan, and implement special projects under the direction of the Head of Creator Expansion
- Train/share beneficial practices for the growth of the department
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Motivate individuals. Reward and promote based on performance
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Communicate information from upper management to employees and vice versa
- Keep abreast of current trends in marketing and relevant social platforms
Requirements:Â
- 5 years of management experience strongly preferred.
- 3 years of operations experience utilizing/manipulating numbers and data to derive insights. Strong proficiency with Excel is required.
- Reporting + presenting data analysis to senior leadership monthly, quarterly, and yearlyÂ
- Proficiency with Google’s Suite of Tools (Gmail, google calendar, sheets, docs, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, particularly in professional email and telephone communication. Presentation skills required.
- Superior organizational & project management skills, ability to meet deadlines
- Proven experience as a people manager with excellent interpersonal skills
- Superior problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Ideal team player attitude and proven ability to work with team members across business functions
- Ability to learn and manage a variety of job roles
- Willingness to take on a variety of mundane or exciting tasks to achieve desired outcomes.
- Advanced ability to leverage the knowledge of prior marketing campaign experience to achieve desired results.
- Change champions are enthusiastic about continuous improvement.
- Minimal travel may be required for this position.
- Train/share beneficial practices for the growth of the department
Preferred Skills
- 3 years of influencer industry-specific experience.Â
- Experience in the marketing field is a plus.Â
- Experience with a CRM, HubSpot preferredÂ
- Experience in setting goals & sales comp a plus.
- Inquisitive natured, Self-starter, Always looking to improve , Inviting of changeÂ
- Tactical, process-oriented
- Experience setting up queries in Periscope/Redshift/Sisense
