The Operations Planning and Execution Director is a member of the Operations Strategy, Planning and Execution team. This leader will collaborate with the SVP Operations and the Operations leadership team to manage and communicate advancements in the operations strategy. This role will also be responsible for managing Enterprise Operations' annual business planning process and ensuring alignment with the long-term strategic plan and direction. This leader is a strategic, passionate, forward-thinking, results-oriented individual with exceptional discipline. Critical thinker with a mindset towards growth and embracing ongoing change in various disciplines. High level of energy and curiosity, resourcefulness to create clarity while incorporating multiple inputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, coordination, and communication of annual planning efforts and quarterly business reviews for the Enterprise Operations division
  • Work closely with Enterprise Strategy to ensure Enterprise Operations initiatives are aligned with macro enterprise priorities
  • Lead a team to establish and manage a customer forms & correspondence strategy. This strategy will deliver improved customer experience, support preference management and improved operational efficiency
  • Partner with Enterprise Compliance, Marketing and Communications teams to align customer forms and correspondence strategy with brand and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Partner with human resources business partner to develop and implement comprehensive talent management programs for all operations employees
  • Partner with Operations leaders and the enterprise finance teams to establish and maintain budgets to ensure the appropriate operational needs are being met

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A./B.S. degree, recommended focus: business administration, finance, operations, management, leadership
  • 5+ years of experience working in operations within the financial services industry
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Project management certification
  • Lean Six Sigma belt certifications
  • Ability to develop relationships
  • Critical thinker with a mindset towards growth and embracing ongoing change in various disciplines
  • High level of energy and curiosity
  • Resourcefulness to create clarity while incorporating multiple inputs
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Salary Band: 07B

This selected candidate will be expected to work Hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
