The Role you’ll play:

We are currently expanding our team and in search of a dynamic and accomplished Director of Organic Growth. This pivotal role demands a high level of motivation and expertise to propel our evergreen growth through effective SEO strategies and organic content initiatives. Your Main Tasks:

  • Develop Acquisition Strategy:
    • Create an overall acquisition strategy with a strong emphasis on SEO.
    • Identify and prioritize top opportunities, ensuring alignment across product, content, and marketing teams through effective communication and actionable recommendations.
  • Work with our Research Teams to Develop a Content Calendar that Drives Growth and Retention
    • Orchestrate cross-functional process to amplify and distribute content to drive traffic, leads and opportunities
    • Partner with our product teams to publish multiple weekly newsletters 
    • Drive subscriber base for newsletter program
    • Support Demand team with content plays to help drive latent demand campaigns and conversion nurtures
  • Drive Measurable Evergreen Growth via SEO:
    • Lead SEO efforts, including content optimization, PR-driven backlinks, strategic keyword research, and on-site technical initiatives.
    • Utilize advanced Google search techniques and queries to identify link-building opportunities.
    • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data sources to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy.
  • Manage and Enhance Organic Visibility:
    • Manage relationships with external agencies and internal teams to optimize organic visibility.
    • Collaborate with content marketing and product teams to create organic content that attracts and converts potential buyers.
  • Support & Drive Web Development and Interactive Experiences:
  • Build and optimize a media site that drives traffic
  • Provide oversight of web development projects, ensuring the creation of amazing interactive experiences that engage prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with web development teams and designers to implement innovative ideas and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Educate and Inspire Internal Teams:
    • Educate and inspire internal teams to embrace SEO and organic growth strategies.
    • Establish a culture of long-term, sustainable SEO practices supported by solid metrics and data.
  • Promote Content and Increase Traffic:
    • Promote content produced by the content team to increase organic and paid traffic.
    • Work closely with content and research teams to orchestrate high volumes of content that drive valuable traffic and conversions.
  • Leverage Analytics Tools:
    • Utilize analytics tools like SEMRush, Botify, Looker, and A/B testing platforms to measure the impact of content efforts.
    • Diagnose opportunities for optimization and drive data-driven decision-making.

You will be successful here if:

  • 8+ years of work experience in growth marketing, strategy consulting, or business operations at a high-growth B2C company.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering business outcomes and products that drive company metrics.
  • Experience collaborating with Editorial Content teams to enhance channel distribution.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Looker, SEO tools, or A/B testing tools.
  • Understanding or expertise in SEO.
  • Experience in performance marketing or web user experience (UX).

In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible for a bonus opportunity.

A little bit about our pay practices: Typically, we will hire at our Hiring Target, but actual starting pay may be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, market rate, the qualified pool of candidates, internal compensation, candidate experience, and budgetary constraints.

$122,250$154,850 USD
