Job Description
Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Organizational Development & Talent. In this newly created role, you will be the architect and author of a critical and expanding focus of our talent strategy. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and applying strategies, tactics and tools that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive the growth and development of our leaders and employees. What you'll do:
- Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive organizational talent strategy and structure aligned with Keurig Dr Pepper's overall business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of an expanded library of simple, high-impact organizational development programs and tools; enabling broad use/delivery through HR Business Partners and other members of the Talent Team.
- Form deep partnerships with HR Business Partners and business leaders and embody a deep understanding of KDP culture, business strategy, operations, and talent.
- Leverage strong internal consultancy/business diagnostic skills to translate business requirements into simple, high-impact talent strategies, and drive forward new concepts, ideas and approaches.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on talent and provide thought leadership, advice and counsel in areas of organizational development, team and leader effectiveness, change management, organizational design, talent pipeline identification and development, and leadership development to drive business results.
- Provide exceptional project leadership experience including the ability to effectively deploy resources and manage multiple projects of various scope in a cross-functional and highly collaborative environment.
- Track the progress and impact of innovative solutions through comprehensive metrics measuring the strategic, financial and human capital impact.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and talent management, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related; master's degree preferred
- 10+ years combination of business leadership and talent or organizational development / effectiveness roles (performance management, career development, succession planning, organizational design, team effectiveness, leadership development and coaching, change management, business partnership)
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how talent programs integrate into and support the business cycle and achievement of business objectives
- Exceptional consultation, coaching, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize multiple, and competing demands of the business while driving execution on time
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to seek out and is synthesize multifaceted ideas and information to create simple and high-impact solutions
- Track record of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
