Director, Partner Experience

This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for a Director, Partner Experience who will be responsible for managing all key aspects of partner experience within the global RingCentral Partner Program. This is a critical partner-facing role and this individual will oversee cross-functional relationships internally at RingCentral to ensure that our partners and their customers are receiving the highest level of support throughout the customer lifecycle. Scope of the role will include (but not limited to the following):

• Lead partner-facing escalation support for both partner & partner customer related issues not immediately resolved through partner support & post-sales resources
• Ensure alignment on key New Product Initiative efforts within partner community
• Subject matter expert on Demo certifications, Training content and on-going enablement, alignment on the certified Delivery Partner Program, and partner access to perform tier 1 support
• Partner closely with top Partners and Partner Sales teams to introduce critical program updates that improve how RingCentral services our partners and their customers
• Primary liaison to Product, Support, Sales Engineering, Channel Operations and Professional Services teams to ensure that tools, training, process and system access for our partners evolve at a rapid pace to support all GTM partner motions including more self-sufficient partner models

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $107,000 and $198,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
