Director, Partnerships

Job Description

The Director, Partnerships is responsible for developing and overseeing partnerships with real estate partners and business development opportunities for Offerpad. This role includes training and assisting outside partnerships in referring Offerpad to various products and services. This role will work with local market leaders and senior leadership at Offerpad to build and grow new regional and national partnerships for Offerpad. The Director of Partnerships will drive business to Offerpad by leveraging unique set of innovative products and developing strategic partnerships.

This role can be located in one of Offerpad's market locations across the US and will be remote.

Essential Functions

• Partner with new and existing partners including their leadership, sales, and marketing teams to create business initiatives and solve pain points using Offerpad solutions.
• Manage, grow, develop, and identify key partnerships with outside companies.
• Create new opportunities to increase Renovations and Direct+ partnership performance.
• Advocate for Offerpad's solutions at real estate meetings and events.
• Travel to markets to prospect and create new partnerships.
• Train and support sales advisors for partners on Offerpad initiatives and launch partnerships in current and future markets.
• Provide reporting and data analysis; mediate between internal employees and new partners.
• Expand current partnerships to new communities, new markets, and new stakeholders.
• Track and report on the success of each partnership weekly reporting with senior leadership.

Experience and Skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of professional experience; Business Development, Account Management, Territorial Sales background
• Must possess superior analytical ability in addition to a strong business acumen to effectively and efficiently execute our business strategy while working cross functionally with other key stakeholders within the organization.
• Entrepreneurial spirit inspired to drive new ventures within the business.
• Experience managing teams in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Solid work ethic and professional, proactive and positive approach to work.
• Effective decision-making skills and an ability to perform under deadline pressure.
• Results-Oriented; significant experience leading teams to hit and exceed goals.
• Extensive real estate acumen tied to contracts and general real estate transactions.
