Job Description

The Director of Partnerships - Channel/Reseller is responsible for developing and executing the strategy NCQA's reselling partner ecosystem for critical NCQA offerings. In this role, the Director will have three main areas of focus (1) own the reselling strategy and execute on that strategy; (2) create an ecosystem that supports this strategy by nurturing key relationships; and (3) identify market insights and feedback for offering enhancement and roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Hit reseller sales targets and other key NCQA reach metrics.
  • In conjunction with growth leaders, develop strategy and targets for reseller engagement.
  • Develop, drive, and execute sales plans.
  • Own the reseller business development - drive a comprehensive plan that identifies partners and support the sales teams to identify and drive reseller business in their territories.
  • Individually and collaboratively with the sales team, develop and grow new and existing partners to increase pipeline and revenue contribution.
  • Build strong relationships across key partner stakeholders to strengthen the partnerships.
  • Build capacity, capability, and collaboration within a portfolio of partners to achieve partner loyalty.
  • Set short- and long- term objectives for NCQA's reselling strategy.
  • Identify market insights and feedback for product enhancement and roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales in a healthcare environment. 5+ years of work experience in healthcare working with technology solutions.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Results-focused. Wants to drive above and beyond goals.
  • Software experience: Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with consultative selling approaches.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth sales presentations that highlight key benefits, ROI and the value of our programs.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively.
  • This position may require some travel.
