Job Summary:
CareLinx by Sharecare delivers high-quality, reliable in-home-based personal care services and support. CareLinx care providers serve as clinician's eyes, ears and arms, caring for patients in their homes and in community-based settings across the US. They are an extension of clinical care management teams, collecting valuable data to ensure the member's care is coordinated and they receive the services they need to stay healthy, happy, and safe in their homes.

Essential Job Functions:
* Build a strong pipeline of potential new Carelinx health plan clients as part of the Sharecare Enterprise Sales team.
* Collaborate closely with the CareLinx Business Development and product teams to deliver on revenue objectives, convey market insights, and ensure successful implementations.
* Partner with Sharecare's core health plan sales team to identify prospect priorities and craft solutions bundles to meet their needs.
* Manage the transition from the initial sales process through close, implementation, and launch.
* Build a strong understanding of business processes, client KPI/SLA expectations and metrics.
* Develop client-facing strategies, analyses, and materials to drive CareLinx's top commercial priorities, with cross-functional support from leaders across Business Development, Product and Operations
* Thoughtfully translate CareLinx's product functionalities into prospective clients' business needs and use cases
* Manage workflow through Sharecare's CRM (Salesforce) and ensure high-quality, up to date data is maintained for all of your opportunities.
* Influence future lifetime value through higher product and service adoption, customer satisfaction, and contract renewals

Requirements

Specific Skills/ Attributes:
* Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to translate data and insights into compelling, executive-facing narratives
* An analytical attitude, extremely strong attention to detail, and passion for problem solving
* Demonstrates a self-starter mentality and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
* Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and lead several sales projects simultaneously
* Passionate about CareLinx mission to keep people healthier and happier at home
* Comfortable in a dynamic and always evolving environment

Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience selling to health plans, ideally a digital health offering
* Experience overseeing, managing and implementing healthcare relationships and partnerships
