Director, People

As Nuvolo’s Director, People, you will be the highest-level leader of the People Team and be responsible for partnering with leaders to translate business goals into innovative people processes and programs. You will be a steward of our culture, helping to power our growth and ensure our employees have opportunities to grow their careers.

As a Director, People your role will include:

• Implementing & managing global programs and initiatives (e.g., benefit programs, people planning, career development, compensation, training, leadership, culture and engagement, etc.)
• Leading and mentoring a Global team of HR Resources
• Leading full life-cycle recruitment process (e.g., sourcing and screening, pre-hire checks, and preparing and extending job offers, etc.)
• Building a world-class HR Operations function that delivers an outstanding employee experience
• Actively managing our culture to ensure alignment with our values, with a focus on diversity and inclusion, teamwork and employee well-being
• Partnering effectively with all levels of leadership to support employee growth and development, organizational change and employee engagement
• Reporting on key HR data and using that information to help our leaders make sound people decisions

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

• 3+ years of experience leading a People Team
• 8+ years of experience in a dedicated HR function
• Experience working on a Global stage especially, Bulgaria, India and/or the UK
• A track record of success building business partnerships with internal stakeholders

Bonus points for:

• Experience in a SaaS company
• Experience working directly for a CPO
• Exposure to IPOs, M&A, PE/VC firms

For New York City-based candidates, the salary range for this position is $145,000-$200,000 base salary. Proposed salary for the selected candidate will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market requirements, experience, training, and education. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ.
