The role (title): Director, People Experience (Open to Location)

The opportunity:

As a part of the Global People Team (GPT), People Experience, Insights & Analytics drives work through the lens of data & analytics and supports leaders in integrating data into key people decisions and experiences. The Director, People Experience is accountable for the end to end employee journey, listening strategies, and activations.

What you'll do:

• Drive outcomes that impact cross-organizational and culturally inclusive for all programs and objectives aligned to Slalom strategies
• Design and enhance employee experiences that support Slalom's employee promise
• Accountable for end to end employee experience, listening strategy and systems, survey design, user research, action planning approach, and recommended actions
• Analyze data and create insights to inform activation strategies including recommended actions
• Collaborate and provide thought leadership across all levels of the organization
• Prioritize initiatives and develop strategic roadmaps

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in driving, developing and implementing inclusive for all listening strategies, methodologies, and processes at global scale
• Proven experience in human center design, user research, and journey mapping
• Top notch communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills with a successful history of collaborating and influencing at all levels
• Leadership with a deep passion for people and creating experiences that matter
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing different solution delivery frameworks to deliver projects with a keen understanding of how project management disciplines weave throughout
• Familiarity with industrial and organizational psychology

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience working in a similar position in a relevant functional area. Prior knowledge of handling HR data and/or professional services experience is also preferred.
• Experience working across multiple countries is a plus.
