ABOUT THE ROLE
As a critical member of the People Systems team, the successful candidate is a proven high-energy, self-starting leader with an established competence in the People technology space with responsibility for our HR systems (SuccessFactors Employee Central, Integrations, Talent Mgt, Time and Attendance, Compensation, Learning, Payroll and Talent Acquisition tools) and system processes. You like to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate thinks strategically, acts tactically, and is a team player who possesses a strong ability to conceptualize, develop, drive, coordinate and manage a HR system architecture. Â
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Consult with Senior Leadership to define and then be accountable to execute a leading class People system (People, Process & Technology)Â
- Oversee the SuccessFactors Employee Central, Integrations, Talent Mgt, Time and Attendance, Compensation, Lessonly Learning, ADP Payroll and Greenhouse Talent Acquisition technology strategies, objectives and roadmap
- Lead all audit activities, including SOC and IA walkthroughs. Identify and develop automation to address manual activities.Â
- Develop, implement and monitor all standard integrations.Â
- Understand and evaluate the evolving marketplace in the SuccessFactors system space so the most contemporary thinking and targeted innovations are brought to bear in the evolution of our HR Technology strategy
- Evaluate and elevate quality, efficiency, performance and scalability of the SuccessFactors system, processes and analytics. Ensure SuccessFactors technology drives innovation and thought leadership
- Lead and develop a team of best in class senior analysts, developers and project managers Â
- Implement and lead configuration changes to support existing or new functionality in SuccessFactors.
- Develop and implement testing strategy cases/scenarios/scripts to ensure the delivered system meets business requirements. Manage QA team and UA testing
- Be a trusted advisor to the People systems team. Partner with Center of Expertise (COE) leads, HRBP’s etc. to understand their operational issues and opportunities (business processes) and create technical solutions to scale business operations and ensure compliance
- Serve as steward of user experience for SuccessFactors system; monitor system adoption and user feedback;Â develop tools, support materials, and training
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies (e.g. RPA, AI, ML, etc.) to enhance end-user productivity and employee experience, as well as to improve the capabilities and usability of existing HR systems
- Identify and lead Continuous Improvement efforts related to HR system functionality and capability. Partner with HR business leaders to define and supply appropriate data metrics and analytics to drive employee related business decisionsÂ
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Minimum Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, Human Resources, Engineering or similar. Â
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the People technology field Â
- Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors Talent, Compensation, Employee Central, Onboarding including Position Mgt, a mustÂ
- Working knowledge of ADP and/or Workforce Now, preferredÂ
- Demonstrated communication and change management skills, including the ability to effectively translate technical jargon/concepts for a lay audience, and to effectively and proactively inform, convince, influence, and educate executives, cross-functional stakeholders and team membersÂ
- Leads with innovation, tied to business outcomesÂ
- Cultivates his/her own curiosity and focuses on impactÂ
- Has a compelling track record of leading and innovating core HR system initiativesÂ
- Equally comfortable in technology and client-focused environmentsÂ
- Proactively identify and/or correct errors in business processes, data, or configuration and resolve the impacts of any changes to processesÂ
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills, including a desire to roll up sleeves to prioritize work and meet deadline
- Work with Analytics team to develop and prepare regular operational reports/metrics, analytics and insights
Base Salary: $218,600.00Â to $284,200.00
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
