  • Create and present business plans to size growth opportunities, costs, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate and oversee with various teams to implement new growth strategies, help oversee rollout and track success.
Who You Are:

  • 5+ years' progressive experience.
  • Strong understanding of traffic acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of both Affiliate and Programmatic monetization.
  • Very analytical focused.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and adept at organizing and interpreting data.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
As part of its continued efforts to maintain a safe workplace for employees, Hearst Magazines requires that all employees who receive a written offer of employment be fully vaccinated (as defined by the CDC) against the coronavirus by the first day of employment as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Hearst Magazines will consider requests for reasonable accommodations on an individual basis in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
