• Deep expertise in product/UX/UI design 
• Experience Managing or mentoring other Product Designers 
• Passion for creating efficient, intuitive, user-centric designs for SaaS products 
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in integrated teams with engineering and product partners 
• Ability to work independently, present ideas to a variety of stakeholders, balance feedback and drive towards a common team goal 
• Strong communication skills. A willingness to adopt “Smart Brevity” and use this idea to power our innovations 
• Experience in fast-growth, dynamic startup environments
