What you'll do:

The Director, Product Development is responsible for the company (division) product vision and market strategy for achieving corporate sales and market expansion KPI goals. This position drives industry thought leadership within the organization and externally as representing the product. This role manages and executes against the budget, profitability and associated MMR growth KPIs. This role is responsible for the design, writing, business and functional development of their respective division.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Future State Product Discovery and Market Readiness analysis, partner interviews, market POCs and product modeling in support of CRO and Corp Dev adjacent market opportunities• Strategic Partnerships & Corp Dev Partnerships and Roadmap Management• Business requirements, budget management, legal and risk compliance reviews and vetting, and Project/Stakeholder Updates• Industry networking and education• Reviewing Product Managers/Owner briefs, documentation, and proposal for approval and modifications

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:• Degree from a college or university• Minimum 8-10 years of Executive Product Development

What you'll need:• Degree from a college or university• Minimum 8-10 years of Executive Product Development• Experience in IoT Hardware, Access Security, Energy, HVAC or Water IoT provisioning• History or demonstrable experience of building teams and products ultimately leading to successful business outcomes• MBA and or comparable corporate level experience managing P&L and Budgets

Additional Skills and Certifications:• Experience in SaaS or MRR driven Product Strategies• Annual Roadmap Planning, Budgeting and Prioritization• Product Innovation and Industry Thought Leadership• Executive Reporting and Collaboration for Cross Departmental KPI Goals• Management of Product Owners and Team
