The team

The Asset Growth & Management Product Group is responsible for helping our clients maintain and build their wealth with crypto. The team is responsible for products and services including staking off-chain yield asset listings and platform custody with a goal towards providing a range of non-trading tools to help our users grow and manage their assets effectively.

The opportunity

• Set the organizational vision for Earn shaping the strategic vision and business strategy for the portfolio

• Lead the Earn product portfolio including a team of product managers and product operations support

• Communicate cross-functionally and build trusting and influential partnerships with cross-functional (Product Engineering Operations Marketing UX UXR Data and others) leaders across the company. Be an advocate for the Product Group

• Lead the team in ideation technical development and launch of innovative products

• Integrate usability studies research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

• Establish roadmaps and milestones anticipate and manage risks and resolve technical and operational challenges

• Establish and manage the product management tools systems and best practices required to scale high quality product development operations; pioneer new processes and methodologies

• Act as the backup to the Global Head Asset Growth & Management

Skills You Should HODL

• Interest and understanding of Bitcoin Cryptocurrency or Blockchain is a must

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering Computer Science other technical or analytical fields or equivalent practical experience

• 10+ years experience working as a product manager or similar role in a technology company including 7+ years experience as a product leader building and leading product teams

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills both written and verbal including having a strong voice in driving collaboration and managing priorities

• Tenacious self-starter who thrives in understanding the details of complex cross-functional projects and can effectively distill and prioritize into actionable plans

• Have the energy and adaptability to work in a dynamic team and rapidly growing industry while applying a methodical and analytical mindset

• Experience working with and coordinating large cross-functional and interdisciplinary working groups (e.g. product management engineering design etc.)

• Ability to simplify operational and informational complexity delivering the right message to each stakeholder

• Ability to exercise technical and product judgment in solving roadblocks

• Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members
